NEURO
REHABILITATION

Neuro-rehabilitation is a term for a treatment regime used when there is a loss of bodily integrity, or independence, or when there are psycho-social problems. The causes of such bodily impediments can be:

  • Strokes and the consequences of brain bleeds
  • Severe head and brain injuries after accidents
  • Consequences of inflammations of the brain
  • Tumours
  • Nerve damage following slipped spinal disks and spinal injuries
  • Injuries to the brain, spinal cord or peripheral nerves
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • and other severe neurological diseases

Neuro-rehabilitation is the best possible attempt to restore the person’s mobility so that he/she can manage everyday life. Our experienced team supports all of our patients with the most modern therapeutic methods so that they can return to everyday life with the greatest possible independence. In individual therapies, we treat the specific disease profiles of our patients. Along with classical physiotherapy we also use Bobath-Therapy. The Bobath-Concept is used in the treatment of infants, children and adults:

  • with cerebral movement disorders
  • sensory-motor disruptions and neuromuscular diseases
