good collaboration with the resident physicians and all clinics we work with is very important to us. On this page we would like to provide you with some general information about the modalities for making appointments specifically for the doctors in Haus Sankt Lukas. In our facility you will find some of the most modern rehabilitative technologies of our time. They are usually only available at in-patient rehabilitation centres. The idea behind our facility is that we provide our patients with the best possible rehabilitation in an out-patient setting.

How to make an out-patient appointment?

When you refer patients for out-patient rehabilitation regime, we ask that you make an appointment beforehand. This will save the patients unnecessary wait times and facilitates optimal planning on our part. You or the patient can arrange the appointment via phone +43 662-439526 or mail reha@sankt-lukas.com

What papers do we need? 

Please instruct your patients to bring all necessary documents and prior findings. This avoids unnecessary examinations and trips. We need the following information when making an appointment:

• First and last name
• Date of birth
• Social insurance identification number
• Address and telephone number 
• Reason for referral / diagnosis of the referring physician 
• In the event that it becomes necessary to postpone or cancel the appointment, we ask that you please contact us in a timely fashion.

Our outpatient rehab center can be found at Strubergasse 18 in Stadtwerk Lehen.

On the ground floor of our therapy center you will find barrier-free access to our robot-assisted therapy.

The house St. Lukas is currently one of the most modern outpatient rehabilitation facilities in Austria.
